◆How to enjoy
Add 1 to 2 drops per cup when cooking rice.
Use 10 to 15 drops per 1L (for about 4 people) in stews, soups, miso soup, soups, etc.
Add 1 to 3 drops to a drink.
Homemade tofu: Soy milk concentration of 12% or more is recommended.
Mix 30 to 40 drops of bittern in 200ml (1 person) and heat in the microwave (600W) for about 1.5 to 2 minutes.
Stop the microwave after about 5 seconds after the soy milk boils.
